I’m an Executive Coach and Managing Partner at Equitable Innovations, based in Haddonfield, NJ. My typical day is spent working with executives and leaders to achieve their most aspirational visions and embrace their deepest fears, and attempting to do the same with our daughter. 

Before that, I was Chief Operating Officer and General Partner at Shift Capital, and before that I was a Capital Markets Consultant at Accenture.

At home, I am a proud girl dad, a lover of culture, travel, and nature, and a mediocre chef and photographer.
